Fits Rhino 660 and 450 (2004-2007) The improved Black Rhino/PWR high flow radiator! 100% TIG welded and polished to a near-chrome finish, PWR radiators are strong and durable. PWR All-Aluminum radiators are made from aircraft quality aluminum, and manufactured 100% in-house. Featuring oven brazed (no epoxy) core, this radiator is a direct replacement for the OEM radiator. Fin spacing has been increased from stock (21 fins per inch) to 18 fins per inch to make cleaning easier and troublesome clogging less likely, which occurs quite frequently with the stock radiator. This is the latest technology in high performance cooling. The kit includes a high performance aluminum radiator, a larger 9" high-CFM fan, and custom made PWR air reed shroud (w/dual air flaps). The air reed shroud is the real secret to the performance of this radiator: at low speeds the flaps are closed which lets the fan and shroud cool water temperature at low speeds; at high speeds the air reed flaps open to allow maximum high speed airflow to cool the water temps for maximum performance. Replacement aluminum mounting brackets are included with the kit that allow the fully assembled radiator to slide in between the frame posts. The increased efficiency of the shroud and fan significantly reduce fan cycle time. We also brought the oil cooler much closer to the front of the radiator to take advantage of the increased air flow from the fan and keep your oil temps under control when running hard but not moving fast.
